Customization of suggested guidelines for sample testing
Based on previous results we could customize suggested guidelines for sample testing by reducing or increasing the cycle duration time and temperature level in order to properly process the laminated glass with EVALAYER.
Suggested guideline for sample testing
Based on your assembly configuration (type of glass, layer of EVALAYER film, presence of decorative inserts), lamination oven features (heating source, power, chambers, etc.) and application (safety glass, decorative glass, indoors, outdoors, etc), we could develop suggested guidelines for samples testing aimed to glass processors using EVALAYER.
Thermo-mapping demonstration
Using independent instruments we could measure the real approximate internal temperatures of the oven that affects the laminated glass and the EVA film allowing to understand the actual performance of the glass lamination oven.
Based on the temperature data gathered we could create customized suggested guidelines for different types of laminated glass application.
From one to three days, we will be on location with our technicians and tools gathering all the information required to know how you lamination oven performs
